This document sets out the general terms of use (the Terms) for using the Monslead platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or making transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or otherwise engaging in activities on Monslead, you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Monslead is permitted only for adults of legal capacity aged 18 or over. Minors or persons lacking full legal capacity must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
The platform's operation may be temporarily affected by technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, algorithms, fee models or the range of available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be expanded, modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without claims arising against Monslead.
All platform content – including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-generated analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and/or other rights and is owned by Monslead or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure or commercial use without our express prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
You as a user are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. identity data, contact details, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or further legal measures. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR. We apply high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Monslead – whether manual or using AI-driven automations – are entirely your responsibility and risk. Monslead provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and carry the risk of a complete loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time – for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you of adjustments in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by E-mail, platform notices or on our website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. For significant changes you are free to close your account.
